We collect information you provide directly — name, email, phone number, and agency financial details when you submit a listing or inquiry. We also collect basic usage data (page views, session duration) via server logs.
Your information is used solely to facilitate agency transactions, respond to inquiries, and send transactional emails (inquiry confirmations, listing updates, email verification). We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties outside of the transaction process.
All agency listings are treated as strictly confidential. Seller identity, agency name, and financial details are never disclosed to prospective buyers until both parties have agreed to proceed and a confidentiality agreement is in place.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Verification tokens use HMAC-SHA256 cryptographic signing. We do not store plaintext passwords — passwords are hashed before storage.
By using this platform you agree not to submit false or misleading agency information. F4S reserves the right to remove listings at its discretion. All transactions facilitated through F4S are subject to a success-based commission negotiated at engagement. F4S is an independent brokerage and is not affiliated with Farmers Insurance Group or any carrier.
